Mpox in Uganda
As of 12 January 2025, a total of 1,830 confirmed mpox cases and 10 deaths have been reported in Uganda since the outbreak began in 2024. Mpox clade Ib is reported in Uganda. Please see our Topics in Brief article for further details on mpox.
