NaTHNaC General Admin Line temporarily closed
Due to staff shortages, the NaTHNaC admin line will be closed for the month of February

We regret to inform you that the NaTHNaC General Admin line will be closed for the entire month of February due to staff shortages but you can still contact us by email at: uclh.nathnac@nhs.net. We aim to resume normal service on Monday, March 3rd although additional closures will be necessary during March.
The Yellow Fever Zone has lots of useful information where you may find the answers to some frequently asked questions. Some useful links include:
- Managing Your YFVC
- Replacement International Certificates of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP)
- ICVP supplies
Health professionals requiring travel-related clinical advice can continue to use our Advice Line and speak with one of our trained nurse advisors about any travel-related clinical query you may have.
We also have an email enquiry service which is for both health professionals and the public. This service is for non-urgent, non-clinical enquiries, relating to vaccine certificate requirements for travel.
Please continue to check this page for further updates.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
